HWANGE – Yadah FC’s marquee signing Khama Billiat made his debut for the club in their 1-0 loss to Hwange FC at the Colliery Stadium on Sunday.
Billiat, whose registration was completed on Saturday, was introduced in the 75th minute as a substitute for King Nadolo.
The 34-year-old attacking midfielder almost snatched a point for the Miracle Boys although his shot struck the upright post.
The match marked Billiat’s second Premier Soccer League debut since leaving for South Africa in 2013 when he joined Ajax Capetown from CAPS United.
Billiat recently signed for Yadah as a free agent for US$20,000 after departing Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs in June 2023.
He was unveiled at Yadah’s newly built The Heart Stadium.
