GWERU – Listed Zimbabwe Stock Exchange financial service provider, ZB Financial Holdings has opened a new center in Gweru on Saturday.

The center is located at the corner of 6th Street and Robert Mugabe way in the CBD. The bank moved from its old location at the corner of 8th Street and Robert Mugabe way.

In his address during the official opening of the state-of-the-art facility, ZB Group Chief Executive Officer Shepherd Fungura said the center will provide financial services in banking, insurance and investments all under one roof.

“We are pleased to be launching our sales and customer service center at a new site,” he said.

Fungura said the development follows the opening of a premium center in Harare which moves in line with the digital era.

“Speaking of digital, we recently launched our My ZB app where you are able to access all your financial services in one place, for example you can apply for a loan, get quotation on insurance, pay bills make your investments and many more using one Identity Card and one password.

“This launch is of a similar nature as we move in the transformation journey that we have embarked on for the past 15 months. We have learnt a lot during this transformational journey and our most important lessons have come from you our customers.

“We looked at ourselves and thought we could do better, and so we have been working hard to improve how we do business, our technology, our systems and how we conduct ourselves with the aim of becoming the leading financial services firm of choice, committed to delivering happiness to you our customers, employees and various stakeholders,” he said.

Fungura said the financial services provider has microfinance which caters for small business needs, offering premium services to its key clients.
