Chibuku attack… ‘my hubby used to cook for me’

A Harare woman was yesterday drenched in opaque beer after being caught red-handed with a married man.

Tareen Mary Moyas was splashed with opaque beer known as Chibuku Super after she was found having quality time with John Davies at The Pub Plaza de Castilla in Greencroft.

Davies was also not spared by his wife Millicent Davies after he was also drenched in opaque beer. Tareen had previously been warned by Millicent to stop seeing John after love messages between the two were discovered.

“Tareen is after squandering my husband’s money and I warned her on several occasions against seeing my man but she ignored,” said Millicent.

“He is now on pension and Tareen is after squandering all the money at the expense of my three children who are starving. My husband is no longer doing chores that he used to perform after Tareen told him about our culture.

“We are based in United Kingdom where men cook for their wives and that is different from our culture here where women cook for their husbands.

“My husband came from a drinking binge and revealed that someone had told him that I as a woman, am supposed to cook for him, when in UK men cook for their wives.

“Tareen told my husband that here in Zimbabwe men are free to have girlfriends saying it is common and I came across such messages in their messages.

“I am prepared to sue her for disturbing my marriage and Tareen is using my laptop given to her by my husband and some of our property meant for our children.

“Ndamuduea doro remasese to show her that I am not a violent person but I am after proving to her that I was aware of her movements and what she is up to,” said Millicent.

Tareen confirmed cheating with John saying she is prepared to squander more if John gives her another chance.

“I could have done something terrible to this woman but I do not want to taste the prison again,” said Tareen.

“I sensed danger when one woman asked me what I wanted in the bar and I told her that I wanted to talk business with John.

“I do not care and if John gives me another chance I will squander more with him, he is a loving man,” said Tareen.

John threatened H Metro with unspecified action should the story see the light of the day.

“You took photographs of me workout my authority, hey I will f**k you, to hell,” said John.

“I will deal with you if you publish my photographs without my permission, f**k,” he added.

John and Millicent left the scene after their relatives arrived at the scene and asked them to settle their disputes at home. The two are legally married and blessed with three children. H Metro
