The tour is running under the theme, “Uniting Nations Through A Worship for God’s Glory” in a bid to minister the gospel in different churches and uniting them through Christ as they host their two official concerts.

In an interview, Zimpraise public relations manager Tendai Zhou said he was happy with the developments and all is set for the concerts.

“We are leaving Thursday (today) for the festive season tour in South Africa. Our first performance is this Saturday in Cape Town.

“Everything is now in place and has been confirmed by the Zimpraise executive team who recently came back from South Africa where they were doing necessary ground work.

“This will be the first time for Zimpraise to embark on such a project,” he said.

“Being an organisation based on Christian values and morals, we entirely believe in using our God given talents to unify and uplift nations in music especially worship. Our seminars are meant to inspire upcoming gospel artistes and praise and worship leaders. The choir will also sing at the renowned famous Hillsong Church,” he said.

Zhou said the tour will feature talented artistes who included Sharon Manyonganise and Mpostori Wency.

“A wide spectrum of songs will be delivered in vernacular. We also have plans to tour in other cities across Africa and as you know Johannesburg and Durban have already been considered to be main gospel music hubs hence we are working on it,” he said.
