The musician will share the stage with Afro-Jazz sensation Alexio Kawara at the Zimbabwe Germany Society tonight at the weekly “Kuchina Reloaded” concert.

This is the second time that the venue will be hosting a Zimdancehall artiste after Sniper performed there early this year.

At “Kuchina Reloaded”, Alexio invites and shares the stage with musicians of various genres.

Alexio, through his manager Farirai Chavura, said they are looking forward to a great and unique show.

“This Thursday’s show is going to be a different one in the sense that there will be two different musicians – different in every aspect – who will be on one stage and also the venue has not hosted an artiste of Soul Jah Love’s calibre.

“We once had Sniper, a dancehall artist, but many would agree with me that these two are different despite being in the same genre, so we are looking forward to a great exciting show,” she said.

Chavura added that Soul Jah Love is one of Alexio’s favourite dancehall artistes and people should come expecting a lot of surprises from the “Shaina” hit maker.

“Soul Jah Love is actually one of Alexio’s favourite dancehall artistes. He he loves his latest offering especially the track ‘Kuponda Nhamo’. He also enjoys Tocky Vibes’ music and he is on our list for ‘KuChina Reloaded’,” she said.

Meanwhile, Soul Jah Love who assured to honour Alexio’s invitation promised fireworks.

“This is the first time that I am going to be performing at the Zimbabwe Germany Society and I am calling upon all Zimdancehall lovers to come in their numbers and witness Chibaba (as he is popularly known) sharing stage with Alexio.

“We have a lot lined up for the night and we will play old and new songs,” he said.

Alexio rebranded his ZGS Thursday performances which were popularly known as “KuChina” to “KuChina Reloaded” where he engages musicians of different genres to spice up his slot. The Herald
