Former Studio 263 actress in hospital

Former Studio 263 actress Pretty Xaba who left the country on Monday for a surgery in India has arrived safely and is in hospital.

Xaba is admitted at BLK Speciality Hospital in New Dehli, India. In an interview. Co-ordinator of the Let’s help Pretty Xaba campaign Taonga Mafundikwa said the actress arrived safely and is currently undergoing some medical tests.

“Pretty arrived in India today (yesterday) around 1 pm is she is currently undergoing some medical tests for her to undergo the surgery. The doctors said they keep us informed of any developments,” he said.

Xaba who was supposed to leave the country on Saturday left on Monday after she was asked by her plane to look for Portable oxygen concentrator to enable her to fly safely .

She was accompanied by her niece Noma Xaba.

Last month, artists from all walks of life held a fundraising show to assist the actress and raised $2 400.

Prophetic Healing and Deliverance founder donated $18 000 and Dandaro remadzimai donated $1 900 making the total to $22 300.

She is expected to undergo the surgery soon. The Herald
