The 44-year-old rapper has reportedly turned his back on his former friend after the ‘Bound 2’ hitmaker assumed his marriage to Beyonce was on the rocks following a public altercation involving her sister Solange Knowles last month.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: ”Jay thought it was laughable that Kanye was trying to give him tips when he’s only been hitched two minutes.
”His jaw dropped to the ground when he got the call. Kanye said he thinks Jay needs to stay focused on his marriage, ignore the negativity surrounding them right now and told him to ‘take care of business’.
”Despite the fact Jay agreed with the sentiment, he thought it was ridiculous that Kanye was trying to act like he knew it all.”
Rumours the rappers, who had previously collaborated on their ‘Watch The Throne’ album in 2011, had fallen out began to swirl when the ’99 Problems’ hitmaker failed to show up at Kanye’s wedding to Kim Kardashian in Florence, Italy, on May 25.
