Rapper Mudiwa splashes out on Mercedes convertible

Award winning Zimbabwean gospel rapper Mudiwa “Hood” Mutandwa has splashed out on a US$15 000 two-door all leather Mercedes SLK230 convertible sports car.
The ‘Anhu Acho Tisu’ hitmaker will be able to accelerate from 0-100 km/hour within 4,6 seconds on his way to any of his concerts. The car with a customized V8 engine also has 18-inch mag wheels with Mercedes Benz AMG rims.
Speaking to Nehanda Radio, Mudiwa said “This is the grace of God. Am happy that God keeps on blessing the works of my hands, am so grateful.”
The young rapper who in 2012 had 8 music award nominations before winning 4 of them is also an academic powerhouse. Mudiwa holds a BSc honours in Economics, Psychology and an MBA in Finance.
Last year Mudiwa told us “it’s funny how the world views Christians as people who don’t have (money). In my song (10 over 10) I said if you know who you are with Christ, you will shine. I included Strive Masiyiwa, one good example of God blessing a Christian. That’s why I rap “my life is in DRIVE, just like STRIVE.”
