Shocking state of Nevana Primary School in Gokwe – #NehandaCitizenPictures

GOKWE – While ruling Zanu PF bigwigs loot the country’s diamond wealth and build mansions in Zimbabwe and South Africa spare a thought for Nevana Primary School in Gokwe. 

Thirty-four years after independence it is hard to believe a country blessed with diamonds, gold and platinum could have a school in this shocking state. A Nehanda Citizen Reporter who took these pictures expressed shock at the apparent neglect.

“Please we should indeed do our part to help better the lives of innocent souls in our country. There could be doctors, engineers, accountants, and entrepreneurs sitting in the dirt under that tree.

“They will never realize their true potential because they weren’t born in the city to parents who have money so to make fun of their situation is not right at all. Lets come and join hands to help them out,” he said.
