The Zimbabwean’s contract expires in June, meaning that he is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with a new club.

However, Swallows have not given up hope of convincing the 28-year-old to remain with the Dobsonville outfit.

“He is a good player and that’s why the team are in talks with him to keep him here until further notice. You know he hasn’t played a lot this season, because he was injured towards the end of last season and it took time for his knee to heal,” Marques told Goal.

“But he is back in action and he is ready for fight back into the team and claim his place.”

According to reports, AmaZulu and SuperSport United and two clubs interested in prying the former CAPS United man away from Swallows. Football411.com
