Mamelodi Sundowns have offered Zimbabwean midfielder Kuda Mahachi a three year contract after their scouts watched him at Chan.

Sundowns’ Trott Moloto and Floyd Mogale were convinced that Mahachi is a great prospect for the PSL title chasing side.
The player whose loan deal at Chicken Inn expired on December 31 is expected to go back to his team Bantu Rovers and a source at Sundowns tells Goal that the logistics between the two Zimbabwe teams would delay the deal a bit.
“The team offered the player a three year contract, but what will happen now is that it shows it will be resolved first between the two Zimbabwe teams, as to who will release the player to Sundowns. As for Sundowns they are happy with the player and they want him as soon as possible,” said the Goal source.
Meanwhile Chicken Inn Chairman Lifa Mpofu told Goal that they will wait for the Chan tournament to finish before they can start talking about where Mahachi will be going. Mpofu says he has also attracted interest from local teams like Highlanders and Dynamos.
Mahachi capped his great Chan tournament performance with a goal against Mali in the quarterfinals, which Zimbabwe won 2-1 to qualify for the semifinals next week. Goal.com
