Full text of Supreme Court ruling on elections

This is the full text of the ruling made by the Supreme Court ordering President Robert Mugabe to proclaim elections before 31 July 2013. The applicant Jealousy Mawarire and his Centre for Elections and Democracy in Southern Africa (CEDSA) are allegedly sponsored by the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) which falls under the Presidents Office. Technically Mugabe sued himself.

Zupco back on Harare urban roads

ZUPCO will on Monday re-introduce a Harare intra-urban transport system. Zupco northern division operations manager Mr Kuda Maraini said initially seven 65-seater buses would be deployed in Norton, Budiriro, Glenview, Epworth, Chikurubi, Kuwadzana, Domboshava and Chitungwiza.
