HARARE – A Southlea Park man was humiliated last Friday after being caught pants down with a Ruwa woman. Gabriel Pinda, a security guard could not wait to quench his sexual appetite as his wife Joyce Mabvure, 19, was still to be discharged from a maternity ward.
While many say blood is thicker than water, Gabriel could not be saved by his sister –Getrude- who caught them. Gabriel and his alleged mistress were given a thorough beating by neighbours led by Getrude.
They were also force-marched to visit Joyce who was now at Getrude’s house from the maternity ward. Gabriel confirmed cheating with a woman he had known for less than 24 hours before clarifying that she was not a married woman.
Getrude said that she caught Gabriel after she had visited him to collect baby sets following Joyce’s discharge from the hospital. Little did Gabriel know that Joyce was at his sister’s house.
“I did not expect my brother to cheat with such an old woman. I was helping him financially for his wife’s medication,” said Getrude.
“His wife has just given birth to a baby boy through an operation and is nursing the wounds at my house, but he has the money to accommodate a prostitute. I could not hold my anger before l assaulted them and forced the woman who says she stays in Ruwa to come and witness that Gabriel is married.
“The hooker was remorseful and saw that Gabriel’s wife is admirable. Gabriel had lied to her that he was single. My worry is that Gabriel is yet to pay lobola for this woman and if they hear about this incident they will be disturbed much.
“What irked me is her failure to see Joyce’s clothes in the bedroom where she was taken for the night,” said Getrude.
Impeccable sources told H-Metro that Getrude was alerted by Gabriel’s neighbours after they spotted him taking a hooker into his matrimonial house. Gabriel told H-Metro that the woman he was caught with was not married confirming that he had known him for less than a day.
“Yes I had met the lady the previous day before I took her to my house where she was caught in my bedroom. She is not married and she lives in Ruwa but I do not know her name. I fled from the scene after my sister became furious about it and I do not know if she was not injured when they beat her up.
“Inotambika mumwe wangu only that I was caught and we are not on talking terms with my sister after that incident,” said Gabriel.
Joyce could not comment as she was in pain due to the operation wounds and disturbed by the issue. H Metro
