To win the league DeMbare now need four points from the six at stake against Buffaloes (Rufaro) and Hardbody (Ascot) even if Highlanders win their last two matches against FC Platinum (Barbourfields) and Blue Rangers (Gwanzura).

With Dynamos trailing 1-0 in the first half pressure from the stands was building with news that rivals Highlanders (who are just two points behind) were leading 2-0 against Hardbody at Ascot in Gweru.

An inspirational half time chat from Dynamos coach Callisto Pasuwa saw his charges respond and 10 minutes after the break Simba Sithole drove home the equaliser (his 4th league goal since joining DeMbare) to send Rufaro into frenzy.

With Dynamos needing a hero, up stepped the forgotten Rodrick Mutuma, the gunslinger who won the Golden Boot last year before disappearing in the razzmatazz that followed. He struck the winner with just 15 minutes left.
