The crowd estimated at about 3500 thronged the racecourse despite the chilly weather and were treated to a world class show. Zahara also showcased her guitar skills as she played her song “My Guitar” to an overwhelmed crowed that joined in and sang along.

Zahara also did a tribute to Miriam Makeba and then did two favourite Brenda Fassie songs — Promise and Vulindlela. The songstress also performed “Ncwad’ Encane” and was joined by Alexio Kawara who sang the Shona part, performed by South African-based Zimbabwean DJ, George Munetsi, in the original track.

Our own “Ndipei Sando Dzangu” hit maker — Wallace “Winky D” Chirumiko or Ninja President as some might want to call him also mesmerised fans with his sing along tunes.
