Hon President Zuma
This is an open e-mail to Jacob Zuma notifying him of the opportunity available for him to redress one of the negative effects of the colonial borders and Mfecane wars which led to the loss of an undoubtedly integral part of South Africa and one of South Africa’s tribes, the Northern Zulus of Mzilikazi also known as the Ndebeles or Mthwakazi.
The Zimbabwean government is selling territory to your country. In these economic hard times this might look like an economic burden to South African tax payers, but when looking beyond the current prevailing situation, this will be beneficial to South Africa, Southern Africa and mostly to Zimbabwe.
There has been already a genocide perpetrated on these Northern Zulu and their marginalization continues unabated. Zimbabwe needs money too to revive its completely dilapidated economy. $3 billion, the cost of the territory currently referred to as Matebeleland and Midlands, will definitely solve the economic problems in the New Zimbabwe(without Matebeleland and Midlands), and of course solve the Zimbabwe problem.
Buying territories is not something new:
1. Alaska was bought by the USA from the Russian Empire in March 30, 1867 at a cost of 2 cents per acre.
2. The United States also purchased from France the Louisiana Territory, more than 2 million sq km (800,000 sq mi) of land extending from the Mississippi River to the Rocky Mountains.
3. Also, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California are a de facto integral part of the USA as a result of neglect and abuses by the Mexican government.
Your Excellency President Jacob Zuma, opportunity knocks once in life, and the world will forever be grateful to you for solving this imbroglio despite its complexities.
As the ancients noted; on such a full sea you are now afloat, and your Excellency must take the current when it serves.
To many this appears like an impossible task or a task too hard for any one to attempt and come out unscathed. However great man like you your Excellency never waver when faced with hard choices, and if this was an easy task it would have been done already.
May God Bless you President Zuma.
Siyabonga/Thank you.
M. Mthwakazi
