Motorist raped by policeman after crash
A traffic cop reportedly demanded a bribe before he raped a motorist he had arrested for drinking and driving. Hlabanyana Qiniso (38) reportedly arrested the 41-year-old woman after an accident and demanded US$100 to let her go. It is alleged that he raped her when she refused to give him the money.
