Gospel musician Amos Mahendere was yesterday sentenced to 210 hours of community service for pointing a firearm at a commuter omnibus driver. Mahendere (36) was also found guilty of assaulting the driver and fined US$100.
HARARE- A Tafara man yesterday shot and killed his brother in a fight over parking space. Tendai Mungororo reportedly returned home from a funeral and found his 33-year-old brother Tichafunga’s car parked in his parking space.
‘To err is human, to forgive divine’, so goes an old aphorism. As we enter the new year of 2011, it becomes us as children of God to reach out with a spirit of forgiveness and an attitude of love and compassion toward those whom we have felt have wronged us. We have need of this. The whole world has need of it.
