Nyambirai loses ‘Mujuru’ farms case
An attempt by businessman, Tawanda Nyambirai, to reverse the acquisition of four former white-owned commercial farms — which his companies bought at the height of the land reform programme in 2000 — citing the spirit of indigenisation, hit a brick wall after the High Court ruled that he does not have a case.
