Confusion surrounds govt source of US$100 million Covid-19 funds

Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube has been accused of not being clear on where he got the US$100 million to finance the procurement of Covid-19 vaccines. While debating on the 2023 Budget in Parliament on Thursday, Dzivarasekwa MP Edwin Mushoriwa accused Ncube of presenting conflicting statements about where he got the US$100 million for Covid-19 vaccines.

Of political survivors in 9th Parliament

It is often said that local filmmakers struggle to find content that appeals to Zimbabweans.

Ncube MDC legislator infected journalist with HIV

An MP from the MDC led Welshman Ncube faces a double rap after a female journalist working for the state media accused him of deliberately infecting her with HIV and insulting her using text messages. According to the Zimbabwe Standard newspaper the legislator is from Matabeleland South.
