One of the convicts in a murder case involving Midlands Governor Jason Machaya’s son was on Wednesday reportedly fatally assaulted by inmates at Wha Wha Prison for refusing to join their escape bid.
Midlands Governor Jason Machaya says he accepts the High Court ruling in which his son Farai and his three accomplices were convicted and jailed for murdering an MDC-T activist Moses Chokuda in Gokwe in 2009.
Six Zanu PF youths including Farai Machaya, the son of Zanu PF Midlands Governor, Jason Machaya were on Monday convicted and jailed after the High Court found them guilty of the murder of MDC activist, Moses Chokuda in Gokwe in 2009.
