The world witnessed yet another shameful and scandalous decision to elect Robert Mugabe the chairperson of the African Union. Mugabe is only president by deception and well-known for gross human rights violations.
South Africa nursed the Zmbabwean political crisis right from its infancy in the late 90s. Every decision that South Africa took towards the Zimbabwean crisis was not aimed at delivering rule of law and democracy which its citizens have never tasted since their so called independence was attained in 1980.
When the Zanu PF succession battle started we all expected a complete eradication of the “weevils” using “gamatox” as Vice president Joyce Mujuru seemed to have been running away with a victory in the race ahead of her arch rival Emmerson “Ngwena” Mnangagwa.
