HARARE- The following is the full text of the speech delivered by Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai to the Parliament of Zimbabwe, on Tuesday 13 March 2012. He talks about voter registration, corruption, constitution, the police, Air Zimbabwe, electricity and Zanu PF’s refusal to implement key reforms among other things.
