Beverages giant, Delta Corporation, yesterday announced new recommended wholesale and retail prices for its clear beer products that are sold across the country, a move that has resulted in a 25 percent increase of the firm’s lager beer prices.
Delta Beverages has slashed prices of its mainstream beer products starting today in keeping with the steady commodity price reductions being witnessed across the country.
Delta Beverages has announced a review of beer prices across the whole portfolio except on pints. The new prices came into effect on September 15, 2014 and have already been communicated to their customers.
The price of beer has gone up by between US10c and US20c with effect from yesterday according to a circular released to wholesalers and retailers by Delta Corporation.
