Seh Calaz goes after Winky D, Holy Ten and other musicians in new diss track
HARARE – Zimdancehall singer Seh Calaz is facing accusations of reigniting his beef with Winky D in an attempt to garner attention after he released a new diss track titled ‘Mudhara wema Records’.
The track also disses several other musicians including Holy Ten and Silent Killer whose face he said resembled that of a corpse.
“Andingamiswe nengwere, munhu ane face kunge chitunha,” sang Calaz.
The ‘Asvotwa Ngarutse’ hit maker then went on to throw some jabs at Winky D whom he has been at loggerheads with for some time now.
“Kudharamakatinyepera kuti munovhuna vamwe chamunongo gona ku buller vamwe,” he sang as he addressed Winky D.
Before this diss track, Calaz has vented online, claiming that Winky D and his manager Elder Banda have been working with promoters to sabotage his career by taking his name out from show line-ups.
As much as the song is gaining momentum, some of Seh Calaz’s fans and industry friends were not so pleased with this move.
Music producer Phabb had some advice for the leader of Mabhanditi saying, “apologize to Vigilance music and let them know that you’re no longer dissing them. For now, you just want to focus on your own music.
“That way, they might find it in their hearts to forgive you, and one day you could even do a collabo or share a stage together.”
After Winky D, Calaz went on to throw punches at Platinum Prince, Magical, Qounfuzed and Holy Ten.
Addressing Holy Ten he said, ‘hona mfana Ten chinemazitama kunge chigaba chewethi.’
The song is currently on the top 20 trending songs in the country on YouTube.
Nehanda Radio reached out to Calaz to find out if this track was inspired by desperation to trend or pure hatred for the artists mentioned in his 2 minutes 51 seconds song.
Efforts to get a word from him were fruitless as he hung up on the reporter.
