‘Ndege Boy’ Kudzai Mushonga reveals ‘failed’ plans to marry Khanyi Mbau
Dubai-based Zimbabwean entrepreneur Kudzai Mushonga, a.k.a Ndege Boy, has revealed his hopes of marrying South African television personality Khanyi Mbau, but also admitted that those plans have since gone down the drain.
Mushonga posted this on his Instagram stories wishing Mbau a happy birthday as she turned 40 years.
He wrote, “They say life begins at 40… Today I thought being yours with you, sailing on a yacht with you in the gulf, that we had viewed together before. Although I made it seem as if we were viewing for a client.”
“It was all for your surprise 40th. I thought today was the perfect day to get on that one knee with such a perfect setting on a big day, because I like big days and had been waiting for this one for a long time,’ he added.
Mushonga also known as Ndege Boy went on to reveal the possible reasons for their final break up being caused by his secretiveness in planning this huge surprise.
“I was secretive about my phone, because it was all meant to be a surprise. Which involved a big team planning it and yes a lot of secret calls too.” Kudzai said.
Kudzai and Khanyi have had their fair share of public break ups and make ups. Their relationship was known to be that of on and offs.
Earlier in September, Kudzai was rumoured to be dating South African reality TV star, Faith Nketsi.
Though Mushonga remained mum about these allegations, Nketsi was quick to pour water on the fast growing fire saying she’d ‘never ever date Kudzai.’
