Controversial rapper Holy Ten returns from rehab … vows to be responsible
HARARE – Controversial Zimbabwean rapper Holy Ten has returned from a self-imposed rehab, six weeks after he made careless remarks about his wife Kimberly Richards and President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s sons.
Earlier in September, Holy Ten took to social media to make claims that his wife, Kimberley Richards, was being promiscuous and also claimed Sean and Collins Mnangagwa had repossessed the gifts they had given him.
Posting about his return, Holy Ten, whose real name is Mukudzei Chitsama, vowed to be a responsible artist and to conduct himself professionally in his dealings.

He wrote, “Over the past weeks, I have been in a deep process of learning, healing, and rebuilding. I have learnt and continue to learn the importance of humility, responsibility, and respect for authority, for family, for self, and for the nation.
“Every day presents a new lesson, and I am embracing them all with an open heart and a renewed mind.”
The rapper added, “Holy Ten remains the voice of the youth, but today that voice speaks from a place of accountability and peace.”
In his statement, Ten decided not to speak about the main cause that sent him to rehab, which was drug and substance abuse, as reported.
His silence and ignorance of the elephant in the room raise many questions about his rehabilitation.
