Holy Ten’s wife Kimberly flees home, as rapper battles ill-health and alcoholism
HARARE – Holy Ten’s wife, Kimberly Richards, has reportedly fled their matrimonial home, as the rapper, who is said to be battling ill health linked to his drinking and possible mental health issues, has become increasingly violent and erratic.
Holy Ten has been in the spotlight this week, after he claimed that Sean Mnangagwa, President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s son, had sent members of the military to his home.
The rapper, who has been vocal in his support for Zanu-PF, claimed that some gifts that he had been given for supporting the ruling party had been taken back as some sort of punishment.
According to ZimLive, the rapper’s wife had fled their matrimonial home recently due to his excessive drinking and violent behaviour.
Holy Ten is suffering from high blood pressure and complications with his pancreas and liver, while his mental health is also said to be a concern.
“Holy Ten is at a crossroads. Without medical intervention and detox, he risks destroying himself,” one source told ZimLive.
The rapper, who the source alleged sometimes talks to himself, is said to have been so violent that he forced relatives to flee from his presence.
Besides jabs aimed at Sean Mnangagwa, Holy Ten also took aim at some of the president’s other children during a tirade that was later followed by an apology.
“Collins thinks he is loved by the people, let him start a ‘live’ right now, let’s see how many people join. Do not mess with me,” Holy Ten said.
“I know where Collins lives, don’t worry. We are fixing the country, they shouldn’t mess with me. I’m not Blessed Geza.”
While some urged fans to pray for the rapper’s wellbeing, others washed their hands of his behaviour, proclaiming that he knew what he was getting himself into when he started working with the ruling party.
