UFC fighter Themba Gorimbo has been labelled evil and accused of witchcraft by his brother Takunda Gorimbo as the siblings engage in a public feud over undisclosed personal issues.
Themba took to X to accuse his brother of threatening to use witchcraft (voodoo) against him and attempting to sabotage his career.
He claims Takundaz contacted his sponsors and spread rumors in an attempt to damage his reputation.
The United States based fighter also claims his brother is “recruiting people to hate” him as well as going to journalists spreading lies so that his career takes a new twist.
“My advice in life is work hard and pray. The rest is noise. Leading up to my last fight I had this guy messaging me all kinds of rubbish.
“Rubbish and it’s so sad because it’s someone I used to call a brother. Family is family but there is lines. This guy messaged my sponsors to try get them to stop sponsoring me.
“Then now threatening me saying he will do voodoo on me. He has created many stories. Going to all kinds of journalists and tried to recruit more haters but failed. Now he failed all. He threatens me that he will go do Sangoma.
“He thinks me winning in life and him losing i am using muti. Shame and yes I post this because i post my highs too Part of reason i decided to stop the library project was these family members. Takunda, Knowledge, Jelous,” wrote Themba.
On the hand, Takunda Zvenyika dismissed Themba’s accusations, writing on his social media platform saying that his brother portrays himself as a good person publicly but is “evil” in private.
Furthermore, he claims Themba is a manipulator and hypocrite.
“I’m not perfect but have not asked for a penny since day 1 and say all the shit you want but you know the truth and the closest people know you are biased you act nice in public but deep down you are evil.
“You left the gym with people and Godwin ate the money and the rest of the guys wanted nothing to do with the gym and you called me to go fix it so please share the whole truth before making up lies.
“Colby is the nicest guy next he’s not a nice person bro each and everything and everyone that sees you for who you are becomes your enemy you are very fake.
“Chased people out of the flat without anyway to stay and then you come say you help people I was doing good on my own before you asked me to help you with that gym lost most my time fixing that place only to get a middle finger.
“The comments the likes doesn’t define the person you really are no one knows you better than I.
“Remember half your life we both were together you went on Ollah said you wish your cousin to be dead and when she approached you that’s when you changed your story after she threatened to expose you.
“With everything you think you have you still a sad soul who wants likes more than anything in this world I should have let you hang yourself no social media likes needed here just real facts i might have nothing today or forever.
“But we all die and buried 6 feet under at least i don’t lie and act nice in public and stab people in the back like you did your entire life to this day you still do.”

The young brother questioned his big brother why he is building a solar powered library that costs a lot of money when his mother doesn’t have a decent house to live. Lots of his elders had to support the young brother’s call. Themba then said he builds library instead of his mother a house to live because it’s his money, he does what he wants. His family then condemned that as a failure because he is building the library for publicity yet his mother has no decent housing. The moment he saw that there was no one on his side, he got pissed and pulled off his project. His strategy is now to make some officials to beg him to finish his library however MPs and other officials might take the credit too. Dzungu is now making him run toitoi.
