CAPS United sign midfielder Kelvin Madzongwe from Bulawayo Chiefs

Castle Lager Premier Soccer League giants CAPS United have announced the signing of midfielder Kelvin Madzongwe from depleted Bulawayo Chiefs on a two-year-deal.

The Green Machine unveiled the former FC Platinum central midfielder on Tuesday.

Madzongwe becomes the latest player to put to paper for the 2016 championship winners who have also brought on board Godknows Murwira, Innocent Zambezi, Admiral Matope and reportedly Adrian Silla who is still yet to be officially unveiled.

Murwira signed as a free agent from Dynamos, Zambezi and Matope were with PSL’s recently relegated teams Harare City and WhaWha FC respectively while Silla who is said to have also joined the side is coming from Highlanders FC.

Meanwhile, Makepekepe are also reportedly linked with Last Jesi who was offloaded by Ngezi Platinum Stars and Highlander’s forward Devine Mhindirira who is forcing his way out of the club to secure a move elsewhere.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that Mhindirira who is also heavily being linked with CAPS’s city rivals Dynamos and new premier league boys Simba Bhora could end up donning Makepekepe’s green and white jersey this coming season.

Moreover, former Dynamos and Ngezi Platinum Stars left footed winger who was with Manica Diamonds last season is also trying his luck at CAPS.
