The multi-award winning rapper returned to social media last week after taking a break to deal with the grief of losing his fiancée and the emotions of being accused of causing Anele’s suicide.

He has been sharing snippets of what he has been getting up to.

Last week he posted a video dancing to Post Malone’s music and another video playing basketball. This time around the rapper has shared videos of himself spending some time in the studio working on a song titled ‘Tears Run Dry.’

The song which is yet to be released had some lyrics about not being able to replace a woman.

“First thing on my mind, when I wake up. Nothing else can replace her, wish I could break down and cry but all my tears run dry,” AKA sings.

He then continues to rap saying, “I saw you in my dreams, baby that’s why I’m too terrified to go to sleep.”

Nellie died in April after falling from the 10th floor of the Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town. Police have opened an investigation to determine what really happened before the ‘suicide.’

Last month AKA was exposed for being abusive and accused of introducing Nellie to drugs which could have been a possible result of the suicide.
