Malawi Anti-Corruption Bureau cracks down…. tightens change of ownership

Malawi’s Anti-Corruption Bureau has directed that applications to change ownership of cars, houses, land must first be vetted and cleared by the Bureau before ownership changes. Ostensibly, this is to stop members of the former ruling party from hiding any ill-gotten properties.
