The Under 23 side face Mozambique on 22 and 26 March, beginning with an away trip.

The team leave for Mozambique on Wednesday.

Foreign-based players, who consists of Spain-based goalkeeper Martin Mapisa, Germany duo of Seth Patrick and Shama Bako and Slovakia-based Enrique Ndlovu were expected to be in the country yesterday.

“There has been so much progress, the boys are doing well.

“I think we are missing about four players from abroad who should be coming in today.

“The goalkeeper Martin Mapisa , Germany duo of St Patrick and Shama Bako as well as Enrique Ndlovu who is coming from Slovakia.

“Otherwise we have three guys who have come in Reward Makona is here, Nick Guyo joined in today and Junior Zindoga who has also joined in,” he said.

Ndiraya says he has been working on the physical aspects with the boys.

“Everything is okay; we have been having good preparation so far.

“But merely we were focusing on the physical aspect of the game obviously it’s because most of the guys here are local boys who are playing in the local premiership which hasn’t started.

“ So that’s the story but the other three guys who are coming in look good, physically are okay for obvious reasons they are active in their respective leagues,” he said.

He added:

“That’s where we are so far, so far good. We are anxiously waiting for the four who are coming in.

“We have little time to assess them but we have two games. If they haven’t rested enough and not yet ready, we leave early then we might have to consider them in the second league.

“We will be able to assess them today.” H-Metro
