LONDON – Former UK Big Brother celebrity turned TV presenter, Makosi Musambasi, has this weekend been showing off the remarkable benefits of her fitness regime that has seen her lose weight by the pounds.
The ‘Makosi Today’ television host has been using her Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages to motivate fellow women to take up exercise and a healthy diet so they can be a lot happier with their bodies.
“At the beginning of my fitness journey I weighed myself a lot…now I don’t. I simply eat really well and try running 6-10km every single day. I was happier before however I’m happiest now. If I can do it so can you” she wrote.
Makosi occasionally throws in some tips for the many women who follow her on social media like “You don’t lose weight in the gym, you lose it during breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are eating unhealthy, the gym can’t do much for you.”
Makosi now has her own TV show “Makosi Today” broadcast on the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC). Its also being screened on DSTV 191, GoTV 16 and in the UK on Vox Africa (Sky 218).
