Thief has handcuffs cut with angle grinder: #NehandaCitizenPictures

Stealing is not exactly a good idea as this man in Honde Valley found out to his cost. He openly cried as police officers from the local station were forced to use an angle grinder to cut handcuffs from his rotting arm. 

According to a Nehanda Citizen Reporter who sent us this picture the man had “fled from the law and in attempting to loosen the chain he made things worse for himself by cutting into his own flesh with it about a week before.”

We understand the suspected thief might have been from neighbouring Mozambique and the ZRP officers who helped him did not have matching keys for the handcuffs.
