Investigate auction of Kadoma City Council vehicles (Citizen Report)

It is so disturbing that Kadoma City Council vehicles were auctioned Saturday 28 December 2013. Guess who did this, ZINWA, of all the organisations.
What’s funny is, the messenger of court is Mr Tsogolani, husband to Honourable Mrs J. Tsogolani (former housing secretary – City of Kadoma) who refused to vacate the same council’s house following her nomination to parliament through women’s quota system (or proportional representation, I am not sure) on Zanu PF ticket.
What’s also suspicious is that when the properties (Grader, UD lorry and Fire fighting vehicle) where attached, they were parked at Tsogolani’s residence which belong to council. He refused to attach “their” house which council had surrendered as first asset to be disposed. The auctioning was done hurriedly so much so that council could not make any negotiations.
Some section of the community are suspecting that there is a hidden hand behind all this. How can Zinwa (a government entity) cripple another wholly government entity, especially when everyone is aware that all water debts owed were cancelled to the last cent by 30 June 2013.
Some are saying this was done working with the opposition to cripple all local authorities by creditors, starting with Kadoma, to discredit the debt cancellation by Minister Ignatius Chombo and render the whole country broke. This was done to open flood gates for other creditors for all local authorities, especially having been opened by another government entity to potray a dog eat dog scenario.
However, any sane person cannot rule out foul play especially when the country is facing economic challenges. (Chombo and President’s office should investigate this).
Grader was auctioned for $22 000, fire tender $4 000 and UD $16 000 and this money is too little compared to approximately $500 000 owed to Zinwa, check if Tsogolani will agree to vacate the council house and give it up for auctioning, he will sell everything else not “their” house.
