Zanu PF activists in near fatal accident

SANYATI – Two well known Zanu PF foot soldiers escaped death by a whisker when their motor bike ploughed into an oncoming Toyota Hilux, burst the front tyre and left one of them with serious head and chest injuries.

The two, Kudakwashe Ndiya and Tarika were immediately rushed to nearby Sanyati Baptist Hospital where their condition could not be immediately established. The accident occured six kilometres from Sanyati Growth Point at Goto Village.

The two were on their way to Sanyati Baptist Hospital to see a colleague who had reportedly been hit by a kombi as he was fleeing from a fracas.

Police investigations are under way.
