He left home in the company of one Mudhawini. The deceased had promised his wife he would return Monday morning.

After failing to return Monday the Dabuya’s wife raised an alarm and relatives mounted a search party Tuesday and found the deceased’s body floating in a shallow pool with missing body parts and a badly mauled limb.

Initially relatives believed it was a crocodile attack but indications now are that Dabuya was a victim of a planned ritual murder disguised as a croc attack. The suspicious behaviour of his companion on the fateful day and his non disclosure of important leads has left more questions than answers.

Police investigations are under way. #NehandaCitizenReports
