No doubt the Urban Groove machinery is well oiled and set for an explosive entry into 2013 abroad in what many have dubbed the “Ultimate Showdown.” UK-based artists Jusa Dementor, Nash Daddie, Africansoulchild; ZimKid Wamambo and AR Mulah will also be on hand as supporting acts.

Already in the country for a separate schedule are Maskiri, Leonard Mapfumo and Trevor Dongo alongside producer Mac Dee for their “UK Takeover” performances that started last week. So, the battle for revellers is officially on between ‘The Four Kings’ and the ‘UK Takeovers.’

The concerts literally create a tug of war situation and tears fans with multiple allegiances apart. Questionable timing or not, the entertainers are pulling out all the stops to woo fans, especially through social media.

And earlier this week, Stunner had to apologise on Facebook for dissing a perfomance by Maskiri and Dongo.

“I would like to apologise for [my] post earlier to all my fans as well as the promoters of last night’s show that was bang outta order, and as an artist, I should be trynna bring us together and that way our work can also be internationally recognised as well ,” Stunner said.

“It’s time all this beefing stopped between ourselves so we can progress and become bigger and better, I’ve realised that I was wrong in slating that show, so once again sorry and let’s all have a wonderful festive season.”
