Gutu North MP hospitalized after crash

The Member of Parliament for Gutu North Hamandishe Maramwidze has been hospitalised after he was involved in a car accident in Chivhu along the Harare – Beitbridge highway on Friday.

The MP from Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai’s MDC party was travelling from Harare to Gutu when his vehicle was hit from the back by a bus which was travelling to South Africa. He is in a stable condition and is admitted at Parirenyatwa hospital.

His party issued a statement wishing him a speedy recovery.
