Jose Mourinho’s side recorded a nervy 3-1 victory over relegation threaten Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium. Goals from Marouane Fellaini and Jesse Lingard were enough to secure three points, with Rudy Gestede pulling one back for the hosts to ensure a tense final 15 minutes.

Manchester United are the first side to have reached the 600 wins milestone.

The Red Devils have been the most successful side since the formation of the Premier League back in 1992, picking up 13 titles.
