Tsvangirai rules admits Mliswa

Youth Advocacy for Reform and Democracy (YARD) founder and Norton Constituency Independent candidate Temba Mliswa  today confessed that it is difficult to win the Norton by elections without the blessings of Morgan Tsvangirai.

Addressing journalists in Harare today, Mliswa said, “I will have a star rally just before the elections where I will invite the commander of the MDC Morgan Tsvangirai.”

He added that, “It is important to invite him so that he can tell the electorate to vote for me, No one without Tsvangirai’s blessings will win the Norton by election”.

YARD leader also vowed to defend the people’s vote if Zanu pf rigs or use violence.

“We don’t want violence, but we will not allow Zanu pf beating up people. This time I will not allow what happened in Hurungwe, I will defend the electorate, we will defend ourselves. Only a bullet will stop me and that bullet must come from the best sniper whom I know is God”, said Temba.

Meanwhile, Temba Mliswa is confident that victory for democracy is certain if Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) truly creates a level playing field ahead of the forthcoming elections.
