Mafikizolo got the crowds ecstatic as they churned out their most celebrated hits one after the other, keeping the crowds in their dancing shoes despite the chilly weather throughout the evening.

The duo accompanied by a group of energetic dancers had the revellers sing along to their most loved tracks including Thandi Mali, Sibongile, Emlanjeni and Ndihamba Nawe others as they got people glued to their well –choreographed dance moves.

However before the main act Winky D as usual pulled up a stunning performance of his music which included a new track called 25 that was well received by audiences despite the little hurdle he experienced towards the finish of his act with the sound system.

Winky D together with his numerous fans did not let the sound technicality disturb his one man flow as he continued on and the fans still screamed for him more.

Clad in all white Winky D proved to be amazingly talented in his rhythmic dancehall chants despite the sound technicalities which made his voice to override the instruments at almost the end of his top notch showcase.

As the crowds eagerly expected the main act by Mafikizolo they however accepted a performance by South African artiste, KO who did a great warm up performance that was highly interactive with revellers.

Despite the current political unrest and economic hardships Zimbabwe is facing many attendees had some time to breathe, enjoy and forget while just having a good time enjoying the performers.

Soon after the Mafikizolo finished their performance in the wee hours of the morning a sizeable amount of people began walking out of the venue which could have been a setback for the next performer, Jah Prayzah.

Besides having people walk out on him, the celebrated musician was clearly no match to the performers before him looking at the way the remaining crowds responded to his music selection and stage performance.

The remaining revellers seemed to be however seemed to be disappointed by Jah Prayzah’s performance especially during the track Watora Mari from his new album Mdhara Vachauya, which he featured Diamond Platnumz the Tanzanian singer.

Furthermore his backing vocalists did nothing near the performances on his video as he had a tough time pleasing the already weary crowd as more people continued to walk out on his act. Nehanda Radio
