Ncube issued the alert last night, saying the men who were driving an Isuzu KB Twin Cab with registration number plate AAX1530 only in the front went to his house and claimed to be looking for him.

“The six men in civilian clothes were aggressive and rude to my security guard and staff. They said they wanted to talk to the people who saw the men in military uniform who visited last week,” said Ncube.

Men in a military vehicle recently visited Ncube’s home in Harare and harassed staff but did not specify the purpose of their visit.

The matter was reported to the police and it emerged that the berets they were wearing were from the Presidential Guard while the vehicle was from military intelligence.

However, the docket is said to have mysteriously disappeared.

Safeguard, a private security company, last evening dispatched a reaction team to Ncube’s house where the six men confronted them in a heated argument before driving off. Nehanda Radio
