ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa made the declaration while addressing the team after their 1-1 draw against Tanzania to book a match against Zambia.

“We are going to give you all the money we realised from gate takings tomorrow, we will also meet in town to buy you dresses. Uyu madress ake uyu madress ake so that when you play against Zambia you will be motivated enough to win.

“You will be told by your coaches on how we are going to do that, and where we will meet in town for all that,” he added.

The Mighty Warriors struggled to play against their Tanzanian counterparts but their strong defensive shield remained resolute to maintain the 1-1 score line. They progress on a 3-2 aggregate after edging Tanzania 2-1 on their home soil.
