Slomo released three albums, Ndizvo Zviripo, Zvepasi Rino and Zvipo Zvedu with ex-Orchestra Mberikwazvo members, Noel Nyazanda, Obert Gomba and Jonasi Kasamba before the trio dumped him because of irreconcilable differences.

The amiable singer lost other key members among them, keyboardist, Wits Katogo, a development that left Extra Kwazvose an injured lot.

The former Orchestra Dendera Kings dancer and leading vocalist has regrouped and is working on his fourth project, Chiringe Nzira which is due to be released in April.

His group now carries a blend of old and new horses that include bassists, Jonso Zanga and Givy Gwatinyanya, drummer, Paul Mpofu, rhythm guitarists, Eddie and Happiness and lead guitarist, Titus “Tito” Vhinyo. He will parade his new bandsmen at the popular centre Club Mandisa tomorrow (Saturday) in a potentially explosive gig.

“I will continue fighting. I am still in the game. We have regrouped and we are ready to show what we are made off. My boys are so willing to learn new things and I am happy that I have a hard-working team.

“I am working on new songs that will certainly win the hearts of many. I lost several band members along the way but I will keep heading forward,” said Slomo.

The waist wriggling dancer said he would take the opportunity to introduce his new dance called Skola to his fans in Mutare.

“I have a lot of surprises for my fans. I urge people to come in numbers and witness well choreographic acts, for instance a new dance called Skola,” added the musician.
