Zimbabweans working or living in the diaspora have been urged to partner local communities in developmental projects.
This was said by Nopemano Community Projects Coordinator, Mr Leverson Mdongo in Plumtree ahead of a fundraising music gala to be held in the area tomorrow.
The money raised at the gala will be used for the construction of a clinic.
The gala will be held at Nopemano Primary School.
Mr Mdongo said besides providing entertainment music can be used to develop and unite people from various back grounds.
Several musicians and DJs from Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa, who include DJ Baki, DJ Bampuzu-Nonhlanhla Ndlovu, Huwana Stars, Milikani Ndlovu and Nqobile Malinga, among others are expected to perform at the gala.
Traditional leaders and villagers from Towanda, Masendu and Makumbi are expected to attend the occasion. ZBC
