The album, which is receiving positive response from listeners, has tracks such as “Rudzi Rukuru”, “Hwangu Upenyu”, “Aripo Munyaradzi”, “Ndichamuona Jesu”, “Pa Aritari” and “Ndakatenda Ndikamuona”.

The album was recorded by Faith World Studios. The singer has been quiet for a long time due to her relocation from Harare to Chiredzi and her mother’s death that came as a blow to her career.

“When I moved to Chiredzi my music career was affected in a huge way because in Chiredzi there are no recording studios, but now I am back in Harare I can safely say that I am back full time to my music,” said Amanda.

In the album “Danai Kwandiri”, Amanda also dedicates a song to her late mother who was her source of inspiration.

“The death of my mother, who was a source of inspiration, made me lose love in music. She was the one who made me come up with most of my music,” she said.

The album was supposed to be released in 2008 but it suffered a lot of setbacks as it disappeared from the recording system for four years.

“I recorded the album in January 2008 and this project suffered setbacks and it disappeared for four years and I would like to thank my spiritual parents for their prayers which made me release the album successfully finally,” she said.

Amanda is currently doing some shows in churches with the last one being at Heartfelt International Ministries at the “Catch the Fire Crusade”.

She said the good message to her fans is that she is now back for good and they should expect more music from her. “I was put in this office by God and for as long as I live, expect more music,” she said. The Herald
