Only in Zimbabwe can you see this . The guy has not murdered anyone to be treated this way.

The law says you need to have police clearance to hold a rally and if you hold a rally without clearance you break the law and subject yourself to arrest. That is called the rule of law. Iye Arnold anotozviziva izvozvo. Its sad that no one talks about changing some of these draconian laws in any of the manifestos I have seen.

Whats sad is that the police commanders are contesting in the same election. Do you think they will clear MDC candidates to hold any rallies? Are they not giving instructions to their subordinate troops? Its not fair at all.

Don’t try to convince us that ZANU gets police clearance first to hold their rallies coz you will be proved to be a liar like the rest of them. Why is the law selective?

See the follow up of this saga…. Police advised the arrests were illegal and ordered to pay back the $20.00 per person….
