Nyoka and Kunyepa are Zimbabwean Central Intelligence Officers (CIOs). They have orders from Robert Mugabe and his cronies to do everything possible to prevent free & fair elections from taking place in Zimbabwe. 

In this episode Nyoka and Kuneypa learn that their friends at Nikuv, an Israeli company, have arrived in Harare to assist in rigging the forthcoming harmonized elections.

Nyoka and Kuneya are tasked to delay voter registration and deceive new voters into thinking that their vote does not matter. To help them delay, deceive, and distort they reach out their Israeli friends for help. Also, a guest appearance by none other than Baba Jukwa himself!

In the 2008 election, the total number of registered voters was reported to be 5,934,768. The reported voting age population for the same election was 5,320,015. Where did the additional 614, 753 “registered users” come from?

After conducting an audit of the roll, the Zimbabwe Election Support Network reported that 27% of people registered to vote were dead.

In addition, the election network said that its researchers had found more than 185,000 cases of the same voters being listed in two or more voting constituencies during Zimbabwe’s last vote.
